Period stigma is nothing new and, while it is improving, it is still difficult for many people to accept sustainable period products as a viable, safe, and clean option. I recently had the opportunity to sit down with Nina Boyce from the Healing Hormones Podcast to discuss the ins and outs of cups and discs, as it pertains to all of those familiar apprehensions — plus Nina shares her own first experience trying a cup (spoiler: it didn’t go swimmingly!)
